Dear Fashionistas, Unfortunately due to the high number of calls we receive daily about the Badgley Mischka shoes from women wanting to try them on just so that they can confirm what size they are prior to purchasing a pair online from international websites, we have been advised by the DFT to charge a fitting fee to cover our time and the wear and tear of our shoes. The $100.00 fitting fee is paid upfront and should you purchase the shoes from our Basilica Couture store, it will be deducted from the price of the shoes. Should you not buy the shoes from us, the fee in nonrefundable. Also, there is a no return policy for shoes because you have changed your mind or they aren't suitable for your attire. To try on the shoes, an appointment is required. We apologize for any inconvenience, but over the years of being the only stockist of the BM Footwear collection, having them to be tried on merely for sizing purposes, a lot of them have become so damaged that we cannot sell them, as understanably, no one wants to buy a pair of soiled or scratched shoes. If our terms and conditions don't suit you, then may we suggest that you shop directly from the Badgley Mischka website as we are not a sample showroom for their brand. Note that when you do purchase their shoes online, we are not in the business of exchanging them for you should you have purchased the wrong size and we don't sell our shoes online or post them interstate and we can't order a pair in for you once we sell out.
